First Step Media offers three packages to create a stylish, modern website for small businesses. Optional services include SEO analysis (making your website climb the search engine results page which in turn drives more traffic your way) and Social Media marketing. With no hidden charges or monthly subscriptions - the price you see is the price you pay, collaborate with me to make your website a direct reflection of your business and brand.

By providing as much information about your business ambition, target audience, products, core values and story of how your business came to be - together we can create a truly unique experience for your next potential customer.
Here at First Step Media your website will be a responsive website - which means whether the site is being viewed by a laptop, a tablet device or a mobile, the content is clear and accessible with all information and graphics visible and neatly presented.

How does it work?
Step One
After you've selected your package, our first step is to collaborate and align our ideas as to what exactly you want from your website. Our package options cater for a range of different businesses and each site will be unique, modern and attractive. Decide your colours, your theme and what pages or features you need included. If you like the fresh, modern look of any of the example sites below, the turnaround of the project will be much quicker.
This collaboration can be face to face, via video call or email at your convenience.
Step Two
You've now given me ideas to work with - I go away and start to build your new website! That process will include updating you of the progress and also give you the chance of alterations to all versions of your site.
The sites I build are responsive - which means whether it's viewed on a laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile device - the visitor accesses all required details. You decide how each of them look!
Step Three
You receive a completed version of your site, pre-launch, to fine tune those details and design and to make it a distinct reflection of your business and brand. This is the final chance to alter the site before it launches and your potential new customers see what your business is all about, making that important first impression count.
Step Four
We decide on a launch day and I transfer ownership of the site and all rights to you as soon as the site is live. The site is now yours!
Upon launch, I also send you an information pack which highlights your responsibilities now that you own your brand new site. This includes the (small) cost of the domain (the website address) that you will need to pay annually , the monthly fee to keep your website live (not paid to First Step Media, but the web hosting company - ranging between £9-£14p/m) and optional post-launch support I offer.
